Mommy Makeover
Before
After
Whilst having babies is one of woman’s most rewarding experiences, pregnancy takes a heavy toll on the body. Many women feel conscious wearing swimsuits or revealing clothing after pregnancy.

The stretching of the skin, breast, thighs and stomach muscles have led to sagging breasts, skin, stretch marks, fat deposits and cellulite. Thankfully, nowadays there is something we can do about it.

It’s not surprising that more than 325,000 tummy tucks, breast augmentations and breast lifts were performed on women aged 20-39 in the U.S. in 2006, an increase of 11% in one year alone. The cost of a mommy makeover in the U.S. starts at $25,000. A similar operation in Thailand can cost as little as $10,000 for a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast augmentation.

What is a mommy makeover?

A mommy makeover is a combination of surgical and non-surgical operations to return your body to a much younger, more youthful look. It targets those stubborn areas which cannot be targeted with diet and exercise. Removal of cellulite, sagging skin and lifting the breasts are the main concern. The usual combination typically includes a few of the following procedures:

(1) Liposuction – Fat removal through liposculpture is one of the most popular and safest operations today and new techniques have sped up procedures, whilst reducing swelling and bruising.

(2) Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) – Pregnancy causes the tummy to stretch and leaves an excess of sagging skin that will not snap back. A tummy tuck can restore a taut and toned tummy by removing excess skin and tightening the abdominal muscles.

(3) Breast surgery – Sagging breasts can be corrected with a breast lift. Many women also choose to include an implant to increase the size as well.

(4) Mesotherapy – Removes cellulite by injecting compounds into the fat, dissolving them.

(5) Laser stretch mark removal.

(6) Designer vagina – The labia (inner lips) can be reduced to enhance sexual pleasure, reduce pain through exercise and intercourse as well as boosting self-esteem.

(7) Facial rejuvenation – Thermage (natural facelift), chemical peels and microdermabrasion can all be used to improve the surface of the skin and give a younger, fresher look.

(8) Wrinkle Relief – Restylane or Botox can help take the years off.

Isn’t it time to look after yourself, as well as the kids? You deserve a break and to be pampered on a holiday in Thailand .
